Construction Update On Lot 31 Near Endless Summer Villa, Silver Sands Jamaica, December 2012
Excavation for the construction of a villa on Lot 31 which is on the sea front, between Endless Summer and Red Fox Villa, began in September 2012. Heavy equipment was brought in and the contractor worked very hard to complete the clearing and digging before the start of the High Season. It is a very clean and tidy work site, with the crew all in smart uniforms.

Persons who are booked to stay at Endless Summer and Red Fox Villa can be reassured that noise from the work site should be minimal as the excavation is completed and the location of the building works in relation to these two houses and the prevailing wind direction is very favourable.
