I believe particular compliments go to Ingrid, who was the cook at Hang Time. I have dined at many fine restaurants all over the world, and am a serious cook myself. She has a real talent for such a young cook, by any standard. Lucille was also very helpful.

An improvement area would be the access to your facility. Without a car, it is hard to get to from the units.
