We had an AWESOME family vacation at Silver Sands and was sad to see our vacation come to a close. All staff were helpful and very respectful.
Our family all flew into Montego Bay from 3 different locations in the U. S. Our flights allowed us all to reach the Montego Bay airport within 10 minutes of each other. Well, one person got bumped from his flight even when he had an assigned seat. Your transportation person waited with us 2 hours for his flight to get in. That was so kind of her when we felt so bad.
Another example of your professional staff was in the grocery store. The clerk asked my name the first time I visited the store and then called me by my first name after that. AMAZING!
Lastly, we were leaving Silver Sands Easter Morning and wanted to pay our grocery bill. The same kind lady who provided our transportation was at the front office desk. I told her I felt bad that she needed to work on Easter. She politely said, "I am here for our customers and want things to go right for them. Therefore, I work."
The transportation we booked through Silver Sands (Driver Trevor) was excellent. He provided so much information about Jamaica and kindly answered our questions.
Our house keeper and cook always asked us questions so they could best meet our food and other needs. the food was delicious and we enjoyed the rich flavor of the foods prepared.
Would we come back again? Absolutely! Would we recommend Silver Sands to others? Already have.
Thank you for the awesome vacation and beautiful house that truly meet our family needs.
