Description
Day-O Villa and Daylight Villa are situated side by side, with a gorgeous swimming pool between them, on two large lots in the gated community of Silver Sands Jamaica. Both houses are air-conditioned throughout. Day-O has three bedrooms and Daylight has four bedrooms making a total of seven. These villas offer great flexibility. You may rent three bedrooms only and occupy Day-O with Daylight closed off. Or you may rent four bedrooms only and occupy Daylight with Day-O closed off. If you rent five, six or seven bedrooms, both villas are available to you. At no time will two separate parties occupy the villas.

NOTE FROM THE VILLA OWNER:

"1    3 day minimum stay unless first cleared by villa management.

2    No pets are allowed on the premises

3    Meals are prepared for the guests occupying residence at villas  only unless OK'd by staff and compensation is agreed upon.

4    The staff will not do laundry brought in from outside (not worn while on vacationing) neither will they prepare meals for the guests to be taken back homes without arrangements and compensation made to the staff .

5    Social events/parties are not permitted to numbers exceeding the guests booked into the villas, again unless arrangements are made with the staff at the villas.

6    The villa staff works 8hr shifts(8-4 or 9-5) not 12 hours per day. The staff does not live on the premises.

7    The exercise equipment is available only to guests who have booked Daylight or both villas. It is not part of the rental for Day O guests."
