uple days we got the pleasure of caring for by miss. Kayann, the housekeeper for the Pineapple Valla next door, Kayann was very warm and welcoming to us. Kayann kept the place clean; the beds were always made, and towels were refreshed each day in the bathrooms.

In our last six days, we were introduced to our new housekeeper, miss. Donna, Donna was fantastic and kind; she was always there to clean up and made sure that we had clean beach towels and a clean floor; the bedrooms were always organized and clean from our chaos of getting in and out of the beach and other excursions throughout our stay there. Thanks to all for making our stay memorable!

With all of the positive notes above, I would like to comment on some things that could be improved in the future. On the first day, we got to the cottage; we had internet for a couple of days. Then, it went down; Miss Kayann tried to get someone to come out and fix it, but it was not resolved. The communication with the Silver Sand employees was very poor, and I felt no urgency on their side to get the Wi-Fi back on for us to use. I had a few things to do, and what they suggested was very inconvenient for me while on vacation. Finally, my husband had to figure out how to make the internet work, and he also helped assess the other villa next door with the same WIFI situation, which he was happy to do. I also had my sister staying with us, which required them to provide a cot bed for her; her sleep was very uncomfortable, which led her to sleep on the couch a few nights that she was there. The cot mattress was skinny and bumpy; there was a piece of metal sticking out of it that kept sticking her in the side. When the Silver Sand staff called the day that we were leaving, I asked the staff for a discount, which was not granted, and they seemed to have no empathy towards that situation. I suggest getting a new mattress and re-arrange the sleeping situation for extra guests being, as the cottage can sleep up to six people. Overall, our stay was great and exceptional!

ow that I wanted banana pancakes because there was a comma in the email but I asked her then do you have just regular pancake mix which was in the email and she said no. So it didn’t matter whether I wanted banana pancakes or pancakes she did not get either one. It’s kind of like she wanted to cook what she wanted to cook when she wanted to cook it Some type of pancakes and omelettes should have been made that morning , also, the gas ran out on our day that we didn’t want her to cook. We went and bought chickens to fry and the gas ran out in the middle of our meal preparation, and it was a birthday celebration so we had to stop. In June 2023 nine of us stayed in Mai Tai and we had a great time. Everything was perfect. So moving forward we just want to make sure that all of our meal arrangements are taken care of. Also, the beach , food area was very slow. That’s the best way I can put it it took too long to make two cheeseburgers. Alot of food items were not available on the menu. Thank you so much.
