| Queen’s Cottage is a 3 bedroom holiday home on the beach at Silver Sands boasting a private spa and great sea views. The new timber sundeck is the perfect spot to relax whilst overlooking the white sand Silver Sands beach and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. This vacation home is named Queen’s Cottage because Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II rested here on a visit to the island. |

The master bedroom is decorated with a mesh canopy over the bed.
Expansive timber deck to the front of the cottage overlooking the garden, with gently sloping lawn.
Very private spa sits in an enclosed courtyard which separates the master bedroom from the rest of the house.
Comfortable living and dining room with open rafter ceiling.
Cable TV, VCR, stereo cassette radio, telephone.
Baby crib supplied.
Fully equipped kitchen
Cook and housekeeper work a flexible eight hour day.
Queen's Cottage is close to the social centre of Silver Sands.

Christmas - New Year Period: all bedrooms, minimum one week over Christmas and one week over New Year (one week cannot include both Christmas and New Year) at Peak Season Rate. If both Christmas and New Year holidays are required, then minimum two weeks applies.
Additional Persons Surcharge: There is a surcharge for additional persons when more than 6 persons, two years old and over occupy the cottage: US$30 per person per night in the Low Season, US$35 per person per night in the High Season, and US$40 per person per night in the Peak Season.
Discount: Less 10% on additional weeks in Low Season.
Note: Minimum Booking Restrictions may apply to the period you wish to book.

In the table below, the number to the left of each house name is
the Lot Number. Note that all the houses in Silver Sands are an
easy walk to the Swimming Beach. The roads are private and there is no through traffic.
Using the footpaths, makes walking to the beach even shorter. To the East of Silver
Sands (next to Lots 188 and 191) there is a large area of undeveloped land, part
of a private property.
