Sand Dollar Villa is a 5 bedroom recently refurbished luxury villa with a private swimming pool and a huge amount of living space on two levels. With three bedrooms on the upper level and two on the lower level, this villa can comfortably accommodate a multi-generational family or groups of friends wishing to spend quality time together. The fabulous Silver Sands beach is just a few minutes walk away.
  • Very large living and dining room with two dining tables and two lounge areas. Large double doors open on the South side to the swimming pool area and on the West side to the outdoor dining area and garden.
  • On the lower level there are two bedrooms, and the kitchen and staff quarters to the South side of the villa.
  • The upstairs master bedroom suite is huge with a separate dressing room and bathroom en suite with separate shower room and whirlpool bath with lounge.
  • There are two more bedroom upstairs with a comfortable lounge situated between them. From this lounge, on the North side of the villa, there is a balcony with two over-sized sofas and a love seat.
  • Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout with many fine works of art.
  • The private pool is completely tiled and surrounded by a natural timber deck and beautiful palm trees and other lush vegetation.
  • A cool, comfortable verandah is situated on the West side of the villa.
  • There is an open gazebo and bar as well as a gas barbecue pool side.
