Fun In The Son 2011 In Jamaica

Fun in the Son is labelled as 'The Premier Christian Festival in the Caribbean'. This exceptional event has an impressive line up of activities including a stellar music program. This year the festivities take place from 13^th to 19^th March.

The centre of action is Ocho Rios but events also take place in Kingston and Montego Bay. The festivities begin with street evangelism in the centre of Ocho Rios and continue with a power-packed two-day Word and Worship conference.

At Son Village, the celebrations are divided into five different segments: Kiddies Games Square, Counselling and Prayer Centre, Mind and Body Wellness Centre, Food Court and Shopping Village.

The main attraction is the Street Jam when both locals and visitors gather at night in the square at Ocho Rios to enjoy the music and late night dancing with DJs spinning the latest gospel sounds. Some of Jamaica's best Christian artists also make live stage appearances.

Guests staying at Silver Sands villas can take advantage of the tours and transfers to Ocho Rios and Kingston where the events take place. And for guests at the Ocho Rios Apartments, the action is within walking distance, on their doorsteps.
