After we meet and greet you at the airport, we will take you to the Patio, where you will meet our Entertainment Staff and Reps, regarded as the heart and soul of Silver Sands, and we will pamper you with an arrival drink and give you a brief tour of the facilities.
3. FREE Drinks On Board Our Airport Transfers
We welcome you with complimentary cold drinks on board our Airport Transfers from Montego Bay airport, either soft drinks or beer. No other agent takes care of you like this.
4. FREE Car Seats For Your Young Ones
We want you to relax, and you can't relax if you are worried about the safety of your children. So we provide free car seats for all children traveling on our transfers and tours. No other agent even thinks of this!
5. FREE Cribs/Cots
When you need a crib/cot, just let us know in advance, and we'll have one there ready for you at no extra charge.
6. FREE High Chairs, and Strollers/Push Chairs For Our Exclusive Rentals.
When you book one of our Exclusive Rentals, if you need any of these items, just let us know. There is no charge to you. But be sure to reserve them as they are available on a first-come first-served basis.
7. FREE Welcome Party.
Once a week, we host a Welcome Party for our guests. There is free rum punch and fruit punch, and snacks. It's a family affair and children are encouraged to bring their parents.
8. FREE Early Check-In or Late Check-Out
We are flexible when it comes to check-in and check-out times. Normal check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and normal check-out is 10:00 a.m., but as long as your accommodation is available, you may check in as early as 9:00 a.m. or check out as late as 5:00 p.m. at no extra charge.
9. Your Balance May Be Paid In Installments By Credit Card
Your balance is due thirty days prior to your arrival, but you may pay in installments by credit card by clicking to your My Booking page on our web site. You will find the link in your Confirmation Email or access it from the Left Menu Bar on every page of our web site.
10. You May Use More Than One Credit Card To Pay Your Balance
If you are traveling with others who are paying part of the cost or you want to split the balance on more than one card, you may do so by clicking to your My Booking page on our web site. 11. We Have The Lowest Prices
We guarantee that we have the lowest prices. Not even their owners offer these homes at prices lower than we do. Other agents offer the same homes at much higher prices. Shocking but true! Read our Guarantee.
12. We Give You A Discount For Staying Two Weeks
In the Low Season, if you stay two weeks or more, we offer a 10% discount on the additional weeks spent in the same house at Silver Sands.
13. No Tiresome Check-In or Check Out
When you get to Silver Sands, there's no need for any tiresome check-in. We take you directly to your villa or cottage where your optional pre-booked arrival meal will be ready and waiting. You can start to enjoy your vacation at once. Our Rep will check with you to make sure that everything is going well and to answer any questions you may have. And at the end of your stay, there's no check-out procedure either.
14. We Provide Online Availability
Our web site features online availability, so you don't have to waste time checking by email or phone, and then waiting for a reply. Finding out if your selection is available is only a mouse click away! You can get right on with making a reservation for accommmodation that is available. Check Availability
15. Our Rep Will Meet You At The Airport
Once your accommodation booking includes your Airport Pick-Up, our Rep/Driver will meet you at the Montego Bay airport and take you directly to your waiting private vehicle for your transfer to Silver Sands.
16. No Waiting At The Airport and No Stops En-route
Your transfer from Montego Bay to Silver Sands is a private one. You will not have to wait for any other passengers and there will be no stops en-route to Silver Sands unless, of course, you want to stop.
17. Transfers By Independent Contractors
We utilize a team of Independent Contractors, all properly insured and licensed by the appropriate government authorities. This means your driver will be a trained professional. It also means that we are able to select the contractor that best suits your needs. We will not pack you like sardines into a bus because we own that bus or have to use a particular driver. We will choose the vehicle that best suits your party. Our guests are always telling us how safe, knowledgeable and courteous our drivers are.

We go to great lengths to show the homes as they are, providing descriptions and photos of almost every room in every single one of them, so you can see for yourself exactly what you are getting. We know Silver Sands, the area, and all the homes inside out and can advise you intelligently and impartially. We also understand your needs. With this knowledge, we have been able to put together our website which contains over 1000 pages. It is one of the largest websites dedicated to Jamaica and has won the Real Adventures Award for service to the Internet Travel Community as well as the Golden Web Award 2001 - 2002. Our Managing Director lived at Silver Sands for over seven years; and before that in Kingston, and also (while studying abroad) in Toronto in Canada, and New York City in the USA. Our on-site manager grew up in the area and still lives right there in Duncans, just a couple miles from Silver Sands. She has also lived in the USA.
24. We Are There For You
We are not just an agency who makes bookings and then forgets about you. Our Reps work out of the Office of Custom Caribbean Vacations Limited which is located inside Silver Sands. We will check with you periodically during your visit to ensure that everything is fine. And if you should have any problems, at any time, we will spare no effort to put things right. Some websites glorify the advantages of booking directly with the owner, but what are you going to do if you should have a problem? Most owners do not live at Silver Sands or nearby. Many of them live outside of Jamaica, while most of those who do live in Jamaica, reside in Kingston which is at least a three hour drive away on the other side of the island. How can the owner help you then?

Apart from your email confirmation, we will mail you your Printed Confirmation and, if included, your Airport Transfer Vouchers on request. In the past we mailed these documents, but we are trying to do our bit to save the planet, so these documents are emailed now unless you request snail mail as well.
30. We Will Remind You When Your Balance Is Due
Seven days prior to the date your balance is due, we will email you a friendly reminder. If you fail to pay your balance on the due date, we will send you a Final Reminder.
31. No Fine print
