When you create a free account with us, our web site will remember your personal details (not your payment details), so it is even quicker when booking with us next time. We will never divulge or share your details with any other party, and you can easily delete your account any time with one click. To create your account, click the My Account link and enter your email address and a memorable password.

We have exclusive marketing rights to the most popular homes at Silver Sands. You can only rent these homes through us.
10. We give you a discount for staying two weeks.
In the Low Season, if you stay two weeks or more, we offer a 10% discount on the additional weeks spent in the same house at Silver Sands.
11. We confirm your booking immediately.
There is no waiting to hear if the accommodation is available or if your booking is confirmed. Once you click that submit button, your booking will be confirmed and an email confirmation will be sent to you automatically. If you request, we will also mail you a Printed Confirmation and, if included, your Airport Transfer Vouchers. In the past, we routinely mailed these documents, but we are trying to do our bit to save the planet, so these documents are emailed now unless you request snail mail.
12. You can pay your balance in installments by credit card at your convenience.
Your balance is due thirty days prior to your arrival, but you may pay in installments by credit card any time you like by clicking to your My Booking page on our web site. You will find the link in your Confirmation Email or access it from the Menu Bar on every page of our web site.
13. You may use more than one credit card to pay your balance.
If you are traveling with others who are paying part of the cost or you want to split the balance on more than one card, you may do so by clicking to your My Booking page on our web site. You will find the link in your Confirmation Email or access it from the Menu Bar on every page of our web site.
14. We will remind you when your balance is due.
We know you are busy, so seven days prior to the date your balance is due, we will email you a friendly reminder. If you fail to pay your balance on the due date, we will send you a Final Reminder.
15. Our Rep will meet you at the Airport.
Once your accommodation booking includes your Airport Pick-Up, our Rep/Driver will meet you at the Montego Bay airport and take you directly to your waiting private vehicle for your private transfer to Silver Sands.
16. FREE car seats for your children.
We want you to relax, and you can't relax if you are worried about the safety of your children. So we provide free car seats for all children traveling on our transfers and tours. No other agent even thinks of this!
17. FREE cribs/cots.
When you need a crib/cot, just let us know in advance, and we'll have one there ready for you at no extra charge.
18. FREE high chairs, and strollers/push chairs for our Exclusive Rentals.
When you book one of our Exclusive Rentals, if you need any of these items, just let us know. There is no charge to you. But be sure to reserve them as they are available on a first-come first-served basis.
19. FREE weekly Entertainment or Welcome Party.
Once a week, we provide evening entertainment for our guests or we host a Welcome Party where there is free rum punch and fruit punch, and snacks. It's a family affair and children are encouraged to bring their parents.
20. FREE early Check-In or late Check-Out.
We are flexible when it comes to check-in and check-out times. Normal check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and normal check-out is 10:00 a.m., but as long as your accommodation is available, you may check in as early as 9:00 a.m. or check out as late as 5:00 p.m. at no extra charge.
21. No tiresome Check-In or Check Out.
When you get to Silver Sands, there's no need for any tiresome check-in. We take you directly to your villa or cottage where your optional pre-booked arrival meal will be ready and waiting. You can start to enjoy your vacation at once. Our Rep will check with you to make sure that everything is going well and to answer any questions you may have. And at the end of your stay, there's no check-out procedure either.
22. No waiting at the Airport and no stops en-route for other passengers.
Your transfer from Montego Bay to Silver Sands is a private one. You will not have to wait for any other passengers to fill up the bus, and there will be no stops en-route to Silver Sands except of course for the Rest Stop.
23. FREE Rest Stop for Our FREE Airport Transfers.
We welcome our guests qualifying for free airport transfers with complimentary cold drinks (soft drinks or beer) at a Rest Stop on your way from Montego Bay airport. An opportunity to stretch your legs and make use of the bathroom facilities. No other agent takes care of you like this.
24. Transfers on vehicles to suit your party.
We utilize a team of Independent Contract Drivers, all properly insured and licensed by the appropriate government authorities. This means your driver will be a trained professional. It also means that we are able to select the contractor that best suits your needs. We will not pack you like sardines into a bus because we own that bus or have to use a particular driver. We will choose the vehicle that best suits your party. Our guests are always telling us how safe, knowledgeable and courteous our drivers are.

Our Managing Director lived at Silver Sands for over seven years; and before that in Kingston, and also (while studying abroad) in Toronto, Canada, and New York City, USA. Our on-site manager grew up in the area and still lives right there in Duncans, just a couple miles from Silver Sands. She has also lived in the USA.
