I cannot say enough about this beautiful villa and its staff. Everything was fantastic, the house, the pool, the view. David was charming and he and the ladies took wonderful care of us. It will be difficult to ever go to another villa!

- A Mysilversands Wedding Villa, participating in the Free Weddings special offer.
- In case of a power failure, a standby generator automatically trips in and powers the whole house.
- There are three levels: ground level includes the Gym and Bedroom 5; second or main level includes Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 as well as the Living and Dining Room, Office, Verandah, Back Porch, and Kitchen; and top level features the Master Bedroom Suite.
- To the East of Rock Hill is the Park with Gazebo, a common area maintained by Rock Hill for the benefit of the Silver Sands community.
- Free WIFI throughout the villa from three separate networks. Cable television (reception usually fine but not guaranteed), music system, and telephone.
- Staff to Prepare And Serve All Meals At Your Convenience. A butler resides in the separate staff quarters. His primary responsibility is the comfort of guests and their enjoyment of Rock Hill Villa.
