All of the above photos were taken on December 5 '99, when Silver Sands was experiencing high winds and rough seas. But that did not deter the above guests, who enjoyed bodysurfing and playing in the waves. At this time of the year, the Swimming Beach usually sees a shifting of the sand, and changes shape.
