Mysilversands Villa Cooks Showcase at Silver Sands Jamaica

A few years ago, Mysilversands hosted a very exciting Banana Bread Bake-off at Silver Sands Jamaica. The villa cooks who participated in this successful event were as excited about the event as the many guests who turned out to sample the mouth-watering entries and witness the judging. In chatting with some of the cooks after this event, the idea for the Villa Cooks Showcase emerged.

Mysilversands has already hosted three Villa Cooks Showcase events at Silver Sands Jamaica. You may be wondering: what is this?

At our Villa Cooks Showcase, cooks who work in the villas at Silver Sands Jamaica are invited to participate. With the support of their employers, the villa owners and managers, the cooks prepare their specialities in the villas where they work. Their creations are brought to the event where they are displayed. All our guests are invited to attend the event where they may sample the delicious cooking and mingle with each other and the Villa Cooks.

The Mysilversands Villa Cooks Showcase has been very successful, well-supported by the Villa Cooks, Owners and Managers and well-attended by our guests. There has never been any food left, so we don’t have to tell you how scrumptious the offerings have been.
