Local Taxis

For cheap transportation there are local taxis available. However, in the Silver Sands/Duncans area, they operate like a bus, picking up and discharging passengers whenever and wherever the driver decides, in his own discretion. In other words, they are not private taxis and there doesn't seem to be any routing rules. Very often, these taxis would sit at a popular spot and wait until they have a full load before setting off. Of course you may hire the whole taxi yourself, thereby making it a private taxi.
