I just wanted to let you know that my family had a wonderful stay at Silver Sands, Tia Maria and Tumac. Everything was simply wonderful and I have no complaints. In answer to your feedback questions I will answer them as follows:

1. Everything was simply wonderful and we enjoyed every minute at Silver Sands.

2. I definitely would recommend you to friends and extended family. ( I already have.)

3. I chose Silver Sands after I found your website -- Your site speaks volumes and it had so much information that by the time I arrived I felt that I had been there before. Everything seemed so familiar and comfortable.

4. We did not have any problems whatsoever.

5. We were completely satisfied with all that we received. I can't think of anything else to make it any more enjoyable than it was.

6. The villa staff was great, the maid went over and above her duties when it came to taking care of us, she was extraordinary, very pleasant, sweet and kind. Our cook did a wonderful job. When we arrived she had everything we needed to start our vacation. She cooked many wonderful Jamaican dishes and explained each and every dish that was foreign to us. She is an extremely good cook and we appreciated the wonderful dishes that she prepared for us. (This was for the Tumac)

The rest of my family in the Tia Maria was more than pleased with Elaine. Everyday they would come over to the Tumac bragging about "their Elaine" and how fantastic she was. I met her a couple of times but I did not get to sample her cooking because I was too busy at my villa sampling our great food. I can honestly say that the group at the Tia Maria fell in love with Elaine.

7. I can't say enough about the office staff. Whenever I would call them, ask questions or anything I needed they saw to it that it was taken care of immediately. They were a wonderful group of people. I really appreciate all of their efforts to make our vacation as wonderful as they did.

8. Ground transportation was superb, from the time we left the airport, the rides into Duncans, Ocho Rios, and return to the airport was above and beyond. There were simply no glitches or hassles with anyone. The drivers in all the vans were helpful, explaining the many sites and customs of the Jamaican folks. They were so full of information which they did not mind sharing with us. We were very pleased with the drivers and assistants during our many rides around the Island.

9. We definitely will be back, we were planning our next visit the whole time we were there. We have extended the invitation to more of our family members and friends so I know we will have a nice sized group.

To sum it all up, I have been to Jamaica three times and by far this was the most extraordinary visit by far. I cannot believe the value that we received for the money we spent. The view from the Tumac was awesome. I could go on and on but I will stop now and say Thanks to you and all the Silver Sands staff for the wonderful time had by all.
