Our thanks go out to you and your staff for an exceptional vacation (again.)
Your ground transportation crew met us at the airport and were very accommodating.
The changes to the facilities were noticeable from the moment we arrived and your staff did an excellent job of taking the time to describe all of the new amenities during the reception orientation.
The staff at both Primrose & Buena Vista took excellent care of all of us. We ate (for the 1st time ever) at the grill, very enjoyable, and members of our party enjoyed the Spa, Super Bowl party, karaoke, bar, and, of course, the villa mart. There seemed to be more evening entertainment and more involvement by other guests as well, which was a pleasant surprise.
Every year we have seen your subtle changes, with this year being the most recognizable yet. Our hat is off to you and your exceptional staff for making each year better (didn’t know that was even possible.) We are already planning our next vacation to Silver Sands. The only way it could be better, is if we owned our own villa so we could come more often and stay longer!
