Dear Prem,
We just wanted to write a short note to thank you and your tremendous staff for the wonderful holiday we had at Silver Sands last week. We have traveled to many places in the Caribbean and we have never enjoyed ourselves more than we have this past week. Everyone we came in contact with from the girl at the airport, the driver that transported us, your security staff, to the staff at the Villa Mart, were so kind to us.
I especially would like to mention three people that went far beyond the call of duty. Errol who runs the snorkeling and fishing trips was a true professional and the two trips we did with him are something that will be remembered for years to come.
Of all these people though, the thing that made this holiday so special was our wonderful villa staff. Charm and Hyacinth went far beyond the call of duty in so many ways for us. They are true ambassadors for not only Silver Sands, but more importantly for the country of Jamaica. Their discreet professional service was just exceptional. We could not believe the quality of the meals that Charm prepared for us, she is truly a first class chef. The other thing that amazed us was the cleanliness of the entire villa, it truly showed the pride these two girls take in keeping their house in top shape. All your staff deserves to be commended, but in our opinion Charm and Hyacinth deserve to be recognized for the exceptional efforts.
Again Prem, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of paradise and we look forward to seeing all the wonderful people we met again next year.
