The property was nicely located in terms of access to the beach and was quite comfortable. The AC in one room did not cool properly but the staff called in the service person and when the problem could not be solved, they moved the occupants to another room in the other house. The staff was pleasant, but lacked warmth. They could also have been a bit more communicative regarding meal planning and preparation. Staff friendly food tasted great. It was a little challenging coordination of the meals with such a big group we had late breakfasts lunch on the beach and early dinners. As always the weather was perfect and the vacation very relaxing. Golf carts helped us get around

This is my second time visiting this home and they're always friendly and accommodating. The home needs some upgrades but overall, it's very spacious and perfect for large groups!!

Made reservations for Birthday weekend Jan 29-31.2020. Rooms were not very clean. Some bathroom toilets could not flush. A shower stall in one of the bathrooms flooded, shower heads need changing. Despite all of that my party of 14 wanted to have a good time.
