We enjoyed our stay at Royal Palm. The staff was friendly and we were comfortable during our stay. There was
one thing that we didn't expect - The lower rooms were a bit disconnected from the rest of the house and has a very low ceiling.
The things that could be improved - The living room couch seems quite worn (possibly due to the material), but it didn't give us a very clean feeling. The house needs a generator for times when the electricity goes. We were without light and water for p

It was a great stay, however we did not like one of the rooms downstairs- seemed very dark and needed some fixing up as it did not seem very appealing. Maybe the team could consider a paint job and a new layout of the room to make it a bit more attractive. Also, the beach chairs by the pool need changing out- one of them broke and they seem like they have been crystalized.

Enjoy our vacation, however, the house can use some upgrades; air condition in the dining area and kitchen. After seeing the clothing line, realized there is no dryer. Add TV's in all the bedrooms. The picture of the home did not cleary show the 4 and 5th bed rooms are under a carport/under the pool. The advertisment showed the rooms have a separte entry. I was also told the rooms would have a separte entry. This is totally misleading. The4th bedroom/suite did not have a door knob(carport). T

Silver Sands is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Ruth and Annette made our stay at Royal Palms unforgettable! The house was perfect for our group. All of our meals were delicious and Ruth added the perfect side dishes every time. We’ll be back.
