| Endless Summer Villa is a luxurious 7 bedroom villa on the beach with solar heated swimming pool and hot tub. From the villa’s two balconies you can enjoy panoramic views, framed by coconut trees, of the Caribbean Sea just 15 yards away. Endless Summer’s size makes it perfect for families or groups of friends who wish to vacation together whilst still enjoying their own privacy. Two shifts of staff allow you to enjoy the relaxing vacation you always dreamed of. |

- In case of a power failure, a standby generator automatically trips in and powers the whole house.
- Very large living and dining room. The living room is equipped with a large bar unit featuring a wine cooler and separate drinks refrigerator.
- The villa is designed to take advantage of the cooling effect of the wonderful sea and land breezes.
- The upstairs master bedroom does not need air-conditioning, as there are floor to ceiling windows on the West, windows on the East, and high level windows on the North and South. It is serviced by separate toilet and shower en suite. Also equipped with a small refrigerator and cable TV and iPod docking stereo.
- Apart from the master bedroom suite, the upstairs bathroom facilities include four separate areas for toilet and bidet, two face basin counter units with mirrors, and large whirlpool bathtub with shower, as well as separate shower.
- Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout with many fine works by some of Jamaica's most famous artists.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2 are interconnected and share a bathroom (double basins, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub), making it ideal for parents who wish easy access to their young children in a nearby room. Bedrooms 2 & 3 also have an interconnecting door.
- The private pool and spa are both solar-heated and overlook the Caribbean Sea.
- Beach Room, suitable for daytime dining as well as staying close to the water while at "home". Outdoor dining by the seaside can be arranged by the staff .
- Nine in One Games Table with foosball, pool, table tennis, etc. Bathrobes, Two Yoga Mats & Two Blocks, light dumbells and a barbell with weights by The Firm, and a Powerline PFID125X Flat Incline Decline Folding Exercise Bench.
- Cable television (reception usually fine but not guaranteed), NTSC VHS VCR, DVD player (PAL & NTSC), CD player, Cassette player, Telephone, iPod connection for stereo.
- Crib, Stroller, High Chair, Children's Toys, Swing on the beach. Blow (hair) dryer in each bedroom.
- Hammock, Barbecue, lounge chairs.
- Fully equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators, chest deep-freezer, industrial 6 burner stove, 4 burner stove, microwave oven, washer, dryer and an array of small appliances.
- Wheelchair ramp installed from road to ground level of the villa, and three removable wheelchair ramps available to make the entire ground floor level (bedrooms, living and dining room) accessible.
- Wireless ADSL (high speed broadband) internet connection.

When 7 bedrooms are booked, additional persons cost US$40 per person per night.

In the table below, the number to the left of each house name is
the Lot Number. Note that all the houses in Silver Sands are an
easy walk to the Swimming Beach. The roads are private and there is no through traffic.
Using the footpaths, makes walking to the beach even shorter. To the East of Silver
Sands (next to Lots 188 and 191) there is a large area of undeveloped land, part
of a private property.
