Layout & Living Spaces
Clearview is built for easy group living. The main area is open and airy, with high wooden ceilings, big soft sofas, and sliding doors that open straight to the verandah and pool. It’s the kind of setup where people drift in and out — grabbing a drink, chatting, or flopping down with a book. The kitchen’s roomy and practical, and there’s a bar counter when you are in a hurry.

Outdoor Spaces
The pool and mini pool with jets (not heated) are at the heart of the villa, with space all around to spread out — sun loungers, shady corners, and a dining gazebo that’s just right for long, relaxed meals. Upstairs, there’s a rooftop terrace where you can catch some sea breeze and sneak in a bit of quiet time. There’s even a daybed on the verandah — good for naps, reading, or just zoning out.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Clearview has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, so it works well for big groups. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 both have king beds and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a bit more lounge space, and another spacious bathroom with a rain shower. The master bedroom (Bedroom 4) has a king bed and a twin, so it’s ideal for parents with a child. It also has a private patio, large bathroom with both a tub and a shower. Bedroom 5 is smaller, with a twin and pull-out trundle — great for kids — and it opens right onto the pool deck. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, air-conditioning, and its own bathroom, so everyone gets some privacy and comfort.

Dining & Kitchen
You can eat inside at the big dining table or outside by the pool under shade. The kitchen is roomy and well-equipped, but most guests let the cook take over, and meals become part of the daily rhythm. That long table inside can accommodate 14 persons. It’s all about easy, shared living.

Who It’s Great For
Big families, groups of friends, or even a few families sharing. Clearview handles it all without feeling crowded. It sleeps up to 14, so everyone gets a bit of personal space too. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around, and enough quiet corners when the grownups need a break.

Things to Know

• It’s about a 8-minute walk to the beach — close enough to be convenient.

• The entire house is air-conditioned, so it stays cool and comfortable throughout.

• Staff includes a housekeeper (9am–5pm) and a cook (8am–9pm).

• Events are possible, but check ahead as written permission is required. It depends on the size and style of your group.

• Solar backup helps keep the basics running during the day if the power goes out.
