Whole House Standby Generator
Rest assured that in the event of a public electricity supply failure, our standby generator automatically kicks in, powering the ENTIRE house, including all air-conditioning units and refrigerators. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

The Living & Dining Room
Our living room is thoughtfully equipped with a large bar unit featuring two separate drinks refrigerators, eliminating the need to trek into the kitchen for refreshments. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favourite beverages without any hassle.

We've taken care of every detail to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You'll find cable TV, a stereo amplifier, ceiling fans, pedestal fans, and dining tables that can accommodate up to 14 people for sit-down family-style meals. If you require additional portable tables and chairs, simply let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange them for you.

Our villa is designed to take advantage of the cooling effect of the wonderful sea and land breezes. An expansive shutter opens up the living room to invite in the refreshing sea breeze, creating a delightful atmosphere. Please note that this is the only doorway that is not practical to be screened. However, for added safety and peace of mind, we offer an optional fence that can be installed to restrict access to the pool from the living room. As always, please ensure that children are supervised in this area.

Upstairs Master Bedroom
Experience breathtaking views from our spacious balcony that overlooks the majestic Caribbean Sea. With a 59-inch by 92-inch picture window facing east, many consider this to be one of the best bedroom-views at Silver Sands. Wake up to the beauty of the sea every morning and start your day in awe.

Private Plunge Pool and Mini-Pool
Indulge in ultimate relaxation with our solar-heated plunge pool and mini-pool. The water is circulated up to solar panels on the roof, ensuring a comfortable temperature for your enjoyment. On sunny days, the solar heating takes the chill off the plunge pool, while the mini-pool can get pleasantly hot. Please note that this area is open to the living room, so we kindly request that children are supervised at all times. While there is limited lounge space around the pools, many guests prefer to lounge in the shade of the living room, on the beach, or beneath the shade of our coconut trees. If you prefer an open space, we can remove the table and chairs from the pool deck upon request.

Exercise Equipment
Maintain your fitness routine even while on vacation. We provide yoga mats and two blocks, dumbbells, a barbell with weights by The Firm, and a Powerline PFID125X Flat Incline Decline Folding Exercise Bench.

Pets
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we're happy to consider accommodating them with prior permission. Well-behaved pets that do not go on any of the furniture may be permitted. Please note that as per the management of Silver Sands Estates, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and dogs must be kept on a leash. Any damages caused by pets are the responsibility of the pet owners. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please obtain prior permission to bring your pets. Failure to do so may result in denied entry to Silver Sands and Endless Summer Villa.

Free Wifi throughout the villa.
Stay connected and share your memorable moments with ease. While factors beyond our control may occasionally impact WiFi delivery, we have taken proactive measures to ensure reliable service in every room. By providing two internet service providers (ISPs), we have created a backup system that automatically switches to the alternative provider in the event of any service interruptions. This means that even if one network experiences a temporary disruption, there is always another network available to keep you connected. Additionally, we have strategically placed four wired access points throughout the villa, ensuring strong and consistent signal coverage, including on the seafront.

Child-friendly - We understand the importance of catering to families, and Endless Summer Villa is designed to be child-friendly. For the safety and peace of mind of our guests with young children, we offer optional amenities such as a Safety Pool Fence, Crib, High Chair, 192-inch Super Wide Gate, Play Yard, Children's Toys, and even a Swing on the beach. We want your little ones to feel right at home and have a wonderful time during their stay.

Hammocks, Barbecue, lounge chairs.
Relaxation and outdoor enjoyment are also paramount at Endless Summer Villa. You can unwind and take in the tranquil surroundings with our comfortable hammocks, perfect for a leisurely afternoon. We also provide a jerk pan (barbecue) so the staff can work up authentic Jamaican specialites. And when it's time to soak up the sun, our lounge chairs offer the ideal spot for basking in the Caribbean warmth

Fully equipped kitchen ensures that we have everything needed to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. With two large refrigerators, a deep freeze, an industrial 6-burner stove, a microwave oven, and an array of small appliances, youneed not worry about food preparation.

Accessibilty is important so we have taken steps where possible to accommodate guests with mobility needs. A wheelchair ramp is installed from the road to the ground level of the villa, making it easier to access the main areas. Additionally, we have three removable wheelchair ramps available, allowing for smooth movement throughout the ground floor, including the bedrooms, living room, and dining area. Please note that while we have taken measures to improve accessibility, Endless Summer Villa does not have wheelchair accessible toilets or showers at this time.
