VERY FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
RISK-FREE REFUNDS
Mysilversands holds your payments in a dedicated Bank Account which is not touched until you complete your stay with us. Therefore, there is no risk that you will not be refunded your payment if it should become necessary.
If the Government of Jamaica closes the country's borders to international visitors for the period of your booking, you will have the following two options:
1. Rescheduling for free for any available period within 18 months. The price of the accommodation will be the posted price for the new dates, whether they are more or less than the price of the original booking.
2. Cancel for a full refund.
If you wish to cancel for other reasons and we agree to release you of your obligations, we will refund your payment less an Admin Fee of one hundred US dollars.
STRICT SECURITY MEASURES FOR EVERYONE'S BENEFIT
You are required to email help@mysilversands.com, as soon as possible after booking, the personal details of each member of your party (this is required for security and contact tracing by the Ministry of Health & Wellness):
- Full Name as it appears on official ID.
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Home Address
- Current Photo (Passport-Type) for ID purposes
CHOOSE YOUR BEDROOMS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
If you are booking less than 7 of the bedrooms at Endless Summer, let us know as soon as possible after you have made your reservation. There is a web page with many photos for each bedroom. There's also a web page showing the layout of the villa in 3D. You may also consult with the Reservations Staff if you have questions or need guidance.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Refundable Security Deposit of US$500 is required. We will send you an Invoice to pay online by card or bank transfer before arrival at the villa. It will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure if there are no charges for losses or damages. (This encourages everyone to be careful, and we can report that up to now, we have not deducted even $1 from any of our guests.)
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT BY APPOINTMENT
On arrival at Silver Sands, all members of your party will be required to show their ID to the Security Staff who will confirm that the persons entering the Accommodation are the persons authorised to stay there.
A Mysilversands Rep and/or housekeeper will meet and greet guests at the appointed time for check-in, and verify their identities, and also at check-out time. Any Jamaican Government forms to be completed will be provided to guests to be filled out. The Rep and housekeeper will maintain social distancing and wear face masks. They will show the guests around, point out how things work, and answer questions.
Any variation in check-in or check-out times must be agreed in writing or a penalty for not observing the check-in or check-out times will be applied. If your agreed checkout is 4:30 pm, the penalty for late checkout will be 1 night's rent, which will be deducted from the Refundable Security Deposit. If your agreed checkout is the normal time of 10:00 am, the penalty is US$50 for a variation of less than an hour and 1 night's rent for periods greater than 1 hour. The penalty will be deducted from the Refundable Security Deposit.
A housekeeper may visit Endless Summer daily but will not interact with you. The housekeeper will restrict herself to the Staff Area which is behind the kitchen. The Staff Area may be locked off from the rest of the house by bolting the Kitchen door which leads to the Staff Area or the door which leads from the Dining Room to the Kitchen. There are bolts on either side of each Kitchen door.
FREE ACCOMMODATION FOR YOUR STAFF
You may request permission to bring your own staff and have use of the staff room. We will permit one person to stay in the Staff Room at no extra charge. If you want to hire your own villa staff locally, we can check the availability of and introduce you to persons who are approved by Jamaica’s Tourism Department to work with tourists. Terms and payment will be a private matter between you and the staff. The Staff Area may be locked off from the rest of the house by bolting the Kitchen door which leads to the Staff Area or the door which leads from the Dining Room to the Kitchen. There are bolts on either side of each Kitchen door.
EASY TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OF GROCERIES AND COOKED MEALS
Our Rep will provide information on suppliers of groceries and local restaurants. It is possible to have meals prepared locally and delivered to you at the accommodation.
If you require towels, these will be issued to you by our Rep on your arrival and handed in by you on your departure.
It is safer if you bring all your consumables with you. No partially-used items, like spices and ingredients, will be left in the kitchen or refrigerators.
Guests will be given 24-hour contact phone numbers for Mysilversands staff who will assist with any questions.

Visitors are not allowed.
Parties and Events are not allowed.
If you have stayed at Endless Summer before, take note that some amenities, like water sports equipment, are no longer available.
