You're the one making it happen
Every group trip has one person who starts it. You send the link, you float the dates, you answer "how much is it really." Then you wait while everyone thinks about it.
We can't get your cousins to answer their phones. We can make the rest of it simple enough that a yes is easy to give.
The price you see is the price
A whole home for a week seems like one big figure. Split across the people coming, it looks very different. One home sleeps the whole group, and one price covers it.
Jamaican Government taxes and fees are already in it. No booking fee. No card surcharge. The cook, the housekeeper, and any other staff the home comes with are included at no extra cost. You pay for your groceries, and you get receipts for what's spent.
Nobody has to front the whole thing
This is the part most people don't know. A 20% deposit holds the home. After that, anyone in the group can log in and pay any amount, any time, right up to 30 days before you arrive.
So people send their share when they've got it, straight to the booking. Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work, and you can pay by internet bank transfer too.
You found the place. You don't have to collect the money too.
Room for everyone you want there
Homes run from one bedroom to seven, so a couple, a young family, or three generations under one roof all have somewhere that fits. Bringing more people only helps. The more of you there are, the less each pays, and the easier the cost is to justify.

Who you're paying
When you're paying for a place you haven't stood in yet, it matters who's on the other end.
Your money is held until after your stay.
We're at Silver Sands every day of the year, with a front desk on the beach and a number you can call any time. You pay on a booking you can log into, with Mysilversands Limited, a UK registered company. We have been booking Silver Sands stays since 2006.

The best weeks go early
Time off work, school holidays, everyone's calendar. It all takes lining up, and the most-wanted weeks often go months ahead.
If you've got a window in mind, hold it now with the 20% and sort the rest of the group over the following weeks. It's easier to get people to commit to something that's already booked than to something that might happen.
