Prices

Each accommodation is individually priced.
The accommodation units (villas, cottages and apartments) are all different, reflecting the taste of their owners who have the final say in the setting of the vacation rental prices. Nevertheless Mysilversands offers a Price Beat Guarantee.

Most of our customers book a stay of one week, so all the vacation rentals are priced by the week (a stay of seven nights).
You may of course stay for more than a week or less, depending on the minimum stay stiputlation of each accommodation unit. A stay of a week or more in ONE house at Silver Sands includes Free Airport Transfers between Montego Bay and Silver Sands, that is one pick-up and one drop-off for all members of your party traveling together. A stay of less than a week in one house does not include Free Airport Transfers. Also, prices for accommodation at other destinations do not include Free Airport Transfers. We can arrange these for you at our usual rates. If you stay a week or more in two or more Silver Sands houses, but less than a week in any ONE house, the airport transfers are not included free. Nightly rates are also posted.
If you are booking a stay of less than a week, then the nightly rate applies. If you are booking a stay of more than a week, then the cost of the accommodation is the weekly rate plus the additional nights times the nightly rate, and the Airport Transfers are free.

Note that the prices are based on a maximum of two persons sharing a bedroom.
For example, a three bedroom rental will accommodate up to six persons.
An infant, i.e. a child who is less than two years old at the time of the occupation of the home, may share an adult's bedroom at no extra charge.

Extra persons, i.e. more than the maximum allowed under these guidelines, are NOT permitted to stay in the homes UNLESS prior permission is obtained in writing and reflected on your Printed Confirmation. There is usually a charge for each additional person (exceptions noted on individual accommodation web pages). If your party consists of more than the maximum number allowed for the rental in which you are interested, please inquire. Under no circumstances, will extra persons be permitted to stay in the accommodation without prior written permission.

Rate changes made after you have booked will not affect the price you pay, i.e. the price at which you booked is guaranteed. Prior to your making a reservation, the rates are subject to change without notice.
