Four bedrooms for up to eight, a private pool above the beach, fully staffed, and you can take it as two, three or four bedrooms: you only pay for the rooms you open.

WHY THIS BEACH MATTERS
Every house at Silver Sands is near the beach. This one is on it.
The Swimming Beach is the heart of Silver Sands — the white-sand stretch with the easy water where the whole community comes to swim. It’s inside the gates, so there’s no through-traffic, no vendors working the towels, no crowd that didn’t arrive the same way you did. Most guests walk a few minutes to reach it, and a few minutes back for every forgotten towel, snack and afternoon nap.
Queens Cottage skips all of that. The beach is below the verandah. The kids can be on the sand while breakfast is still on the table. You can swim before coffee, nap mid-afternoon, and be back on the beach for the last hour of sun without ever planning a thing. The sea is the last sound you hear at night and the first one in the morning.

SEA OR POOL — THE ONLY DECISION BEFORE NOON
A pool above the sand.
When the sea has had enough of you — or the smallest swimmers need shallower water — the private pool and sundeck sit right above the beach, coconut tree between you and the horizon. Outdoor shower for sandy feet. Loungers for the ones whose whole itinerary is a book.

Rent Queens Cottage as two, three or four bedrooms — a couples’ stay on the beach or the whole house for eight.
- Four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms — two kings, two queens; the master king with a tub-and-shower ensuite.
- Air-conditioned throughout — bedrooms, living and dining rooms, with a whole-house standby generator that covers the air-conditioning too.
- Verandah and timber deck — outdoor dining with the sea in front of you; barbecue grill for the one night somebody insists.
- Paddle board, kayak and boogie boards at the house; shared tennis court in the community.
- Starlink Wi-Fi in every room — for the photos you’ll send and the work you said you wouldn’t do.
- Set up for small children — crib, high chair, baby bath; an accessible shower for guests who need one.
