The upstairs living and dining areas are bright and breezy. Downstairs opens to outdoor dining and comfy seating, overlooking a wraparound pool deck. Trees and lush vegetation all around. Walk or drive the golf cart to Silver Sands Beach in minutes. It’s a comfortable, easy-going space for your family or friends.

Split-Level Design

All bedrooms on the upper level. Living Room and Open-sided Lounge and Bar to the North with sea views; Kitchen and Dining Room on the lower level, leading to the outdoor dining and lounge area, and onwards to the pool and deck area below. Note: There are stairs inside and outside - not ideal for guests with limited mobility.

While it's one of the villas further from Silver Sands Beach, Seascape more than makes up for it with its private pool and well-thought-out outdoor living. It’s the kind of place where you end up spending full days poolside, dining, reading, floating - and barely noticing the beach is a golf cart ride away. The layout gives everyone space. The greenery and breeze keep things cool and calm.
