The sea right there in front of you.
Nothing stands between you and the Caribbean Sea but the coconut trees.

You wake up to the water
From these homes the sea fills the view. For most of these villas and cottages a strip of reserved land lies between you and the shore, where nothing may be built. This is the beach life where your soundtrack is the waves lapping the shore.
What seafront means here
Seafront at Silver Sands isn't one thing, and we'd rather you know before you book. Nine of our rental homes face the sea, and they sit differently. Most look over the water across the open Marine Park, with a quiet beach beyond. A couple sit just above the sand. One has its own private stretch of beach. One looks down from the cliff.
Here are all nine, and exactly where each one sits.

Looked after, all in
Every home comes with its own staff. The cook, the housekeeper, and any other staff the home comes with are included, so meals are made the way you like them and the place is kept clean and tidy without you lifting a finger.
The price you see is the price. Jamaican Government taxes and fees are already in it. No booking fee. No card surcharge. What you'd pay extra for at a hotel is already here.
Who you're paying
When you're paying for a place you haven't stood in yet, it matters who's on the other end. Your money is held until after your stay.
We're at Silver Sands every day of the year, with a front desk on the Patio overlooking the beach and a number you can call. You book with Mysilversands Limited, a UK registered company, and we have been looking after our guests since 2006. The photos on each home's page are representative of that home, and we confirm the specifics with you before you arrive.
What the days are like on the seafront
Mornings start early here, because the light does. You can take the first swim before anyone else is up, when the water is flat and the beach is yours. Breakfast with a view is on when you want it, made by your cook.
The middle of the day is yours to waste. Float. Read in the shade of a cabana. Walk to the Gazebo on the Jetty and back. The sea at Silver Sands is cool and clean, with flat calm mornings and bodyboarding waves as the day progresses. There are free loungers along the beach and no one on the sand selling you anything.
Afternoons drift. Some guests wander up to the Patio, the open-air spot by the water where people from the different homes end up socialising. Others stay put with the sea a few steps from their front door. Nothing is scheduled unless you schedule it.
Evenings are quiet. Dinner at the house, cooked for you. The sound through the night is the water. For many of our guests a seafront home is the whole reason they came, and it's why they tend to book the same week again before they leave.
Hold your week on the water
There are only nine of these, and the best weeks go months ahead. Have a look, and when one feels right, a question on WhatsApp or a 20% deposit holds it while you sort the rest.
