“The food was simply amazing, though, nothing could compare to the pineapple and coconut cake.  It was honestly the best cake I've ever eaten and I'm looking forward to next year so I can defrost the topper!  We were married on the Jetty, and while it was a windy day, the flowers managed to stay put (I'm still not sure how Thelma got those all tied down).  It was the perfect setting,.. The tables were exquisite all covered (including the chairs) in white linens and the most beautiful pedestal flower arrangements” .  Kerry White Thomas
