Join us for a week of yoga by the Caribbean Sea!

A one hour yoga class every day at 11:00 AM with a qualified Yoga Instructor 200 CYT.

A total of 8 yoga classes over 8 days.

One Ticket for one class, US$30
Block of Four Tickets for four classes, US$100
(Block tickets may be used on any days and are transferrable to anyone.)
Advance class reservations are necessary as the class sizes are limited.

Classes will be held at Silver Sands Jamaica in locations depending on the weather and the number of participants.
Possible venues are the beach, the jetty, the patio, the Club Room, the seaside empty lot, or the Gazebo Park next to Rock Hill Villa.

We have a limited number of yoga mats so it is advisable to bring your own if you have one. Blocks and straps may also be helpful.

Cassanie McKenzie tansitioned from the corporate world in 2008 to pursue her goal of teaching Yoga at the Sivananda ashram on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.  She also travels annually to study with inspiring teachers to enhance her teaching practice.  Her yoga classes may be described as an alignment based flow with keen attention to the breath & mindfulness meditation thrown in. The goal is to engage each student on a level of deep inner knowing of their true nature.  Cassanie has recently expanded into the world of holistic nutrition and look forward to taking students with her on the journey of "clean" eating, transformative yoga & positive thinking practices in the form of weekend or weeklong yoga retreats.
