operty clearly don’t care about it they just collect money and move on with their life. I will never return to silver sands. I want to prevent anyone looking for paradise vacation don’t to go here! Go to an all inclusive like Sandals resort. Hopefully you won’t have to pay for toilet paper or napkins for your stay. The worst part is I couldn’t leave. I’m stuck in another country that me and my family spent 15,000 for the week. Because it was not clean or sanitary I believe 3 of my family members got sick with diarrhea and Covid like symptoms. Then they had the nerve to charge me $ 195 for towels and sheets that I know were at 5 - 10 years old. Plus the towels felt like I was drying myself off with sand paper. Trust me when I say don’t put your family through this hell. I work hard for my money and do my best to take my kids on a vacation that we all can enjoy as a family I was so disappointed!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. The only good thing was my cook Tehne Reid. Too bad this site don’t allow me post pictures.

you had more than 5 - 6 ppl on network you would be rejected. The beds were not as comfortable though, suggest the owners invest in some thicker mattress covers. The mattress itself was very hard. All these are easy to resolve. The lady at the bar was not customer friendly to various family members at the beach.
Bottom line: Everyone had a great time overall. Will be visiting Silversands in the future.
