We love the beach house, 5 min walk to beach, lovely pool and amazing staff, this round they helped house to get a barbecue to cook lobsters, thank you!

Thelma and Barbara were amazing, within hours we felt very comfortable with them and built a great relationship with them. They were very welcoming and both were very attentive to our needs. Beach House was as advertised, it was clean, spacious, the pool was great the the beautiful beach was a short walk away. The bar and snack bar were great and Eddie at the bar was awesome. The beach was beautiful, not crowded, soft sand and crystal clear water!

We have stayed at Beach House before and both times we have enjoyed our stay! Thelma’s cooking was delicious and Barbara kept things tidy and stayed on top of our laundry diligently! We would definitely stay again! The ladies and their Jamaican hospitality made this another fabulous year in silver sands. Xo

My family spent the Christmas week at Beach House Villa. If you are looking for a luxury villa with all mod cons, then this is not it. Responses to similar comments made by other reviews have attributed this to the older style of the house. However, this is not a reason for outdated/broken fixtures and fittings, such as louvre handles and blinds, chipped furniture and stained/marked terrazzo tiles, a kettle that doesn’t switch off or a toaster that only works on one side.

The staff was professional and helpful. As a returning guest I was not surprised.
BUT
The house needs a dryer for laundry. One can’t always assume that the sun will align with a guest’s schedule. AND A DISHWASHER would enhance the amenities

A more modern microwave would certainly not hurt

Would I return to The Beach House?
Yes but hopefully improvements will precede my next visit.

The pressure of the water was really low so it was a struggle to have a shower or brush theets. Maybe the pipes should be checked?
The whole house has cold lights which give a kind of cold atmosphere especially in the living and dining area.
Some very consumed/old things should be thrown away (old table clothes, entrance carpet).
These are just tiny suggestions to make the place look better!! Thanks for reading!

Beach House, Villa is an intentionally laidback Hampton-style beach house, tastefully decorated with a nautical theme.

All of the beds are either new, or have new high-quality orthopaedic mattresses on them. All were purchased over the last two years.

Beach House Villa presents exactly as advertised on the website.
