We enjoyed our stay. The flooring and base boards need replaced. Flooring is very worn. We did have a lot of ants. Maybe just supply some ant traps.
The staff was excellent! We would consider staying here again. The price was affordable.

The villa was clean and functional. The staff consisted of two ladies and they did a wonderful job of making us feel at home. They were extremely attentive without being pushy. They went above and beyond to make sure they took care of anything we needed. The villa could use some updating.

We loved our short stay at the Beach House Villa. Thelma and Cherry were absolutely amazing, the best team work I have seen in the many villas I have visited at Silver Sands and Thelma's cooking was top notch! The house isn't super fancy, although cute, very clean and well kept. The set up of the deck overlooking the pool was great!

We rented a golf cart to zip down to the beach. It’s not needed, but with two kids it made the short walk very fun. I recommend this.

Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it’s a great pool. It’s a 6 feet deep. Perfect for cooling off and splashing around with the kids.

There is an ice cream shop down the road - makes for a nice

We love the beach house, 5 min walk to beach, lovely pool and amazing staff, this round they helped house to get a barbecue to cook lobsters, thank you!
