The electricity changes over from the power provider (JPS) to solar whenever there is a power interruption was a manual one. We have invested in an updated system that is now seamless. So that has eliminated that manual intervention. The front door strip was realigned and stained. The villa has candles through the villa. At times the electric power provider (JPS) has brownouts; the solar can only operate at night for about 4 hours if 4 or more air conditions are on.

Downstairs bathroom leaked soaking the bathroom mat for 4 days while there. Unable to watch the tv because the system was complicated. The fridge was not very cold and the chairs throughout the house were uncomfortable, except for dining table chairs. The electricity kept going on and off because of the fuse box and Akeem had to assist. The front door needs attention because a strip is falling off and it does not seem very secure when locked. Additionally, we had about 9 hours without electricity and there were no candles or matches available to provide light.

nk was broken and water leaked out on the floor, big bugs in bathroom and dirty under cabinet, pictures attached.
