There were a couple of instances where my guests reported the chef saying and doing questionable things which were immediately reported and this made things a bit awkward for the remainder of our stay. Several apologies were made and his boss came in to supervise, which helped. This was my first time staying at a villa in Silver Sands so a learning curve was had on my end as well. Clearview Villa is beautiful, my guests raved about the layout of the house, their rooms, pool, rooftop balcony….the view was amazing! Miss Petula and Miss Tashi kept the house sparkling and our laundry service fresh-we felt so spoiled by them! I even had a strict budget for our meals and groceries and they made sure to keep me up to date on our running total! I’ll be staying in a different villa next year but I’m definitely coming back to Silver Sands. All of my guests and myself had an amazing time.

ol. The cook was in training and new so, as one would expect, has a lot to learn! However, he was very accommodating, sought out our approval, and was eager to please us. Staff were very helpful and gave advice on where to go to get what we needed in town and finding fresh produce. They will also shop for groceries if needed. We had an average stay and what is there not to enjoy at silver sands!? We will be back to silver sands but will probably choose a different villa with better/more updated amenities next time.
