the water. On our final day when everyone was using their respective showers, we were forced to bathe outside using the shower at the entrance and using the face basin with a rag. This is a critical issue that I would strongly recommend you have corrected before having additional guests using that bathroom.
The air conditioning unit in the bedroom, closest to the kitchen - which is the room that my daughter occupied was not cooling very well even when we tried to adjust the settings; we recommend reviewing the type of Universal remote that is provided for that room. It should also be noted that it not cooling as the other air conditioning units in the other 2 bedrooms at the front of the villa.
The cable box in the master bedroom was not working and we were only able to access Netflix and You Tube from the internet . We eventually tested the cable box in the living room and it was working so we switched with the box from the Master Bedroom. The cable box in the living room is therefore not working. Our recommendation is that part of your arrival inspection process would include testing of televisions and all remotes, air-conditioning units and bathrooms to ensure they are all working.
Thinking that the hot water issue was the most critical, our final and lasting memory is the bed bug bites that we both have been affected by sleeping in the Master Bedroom. We are currently treating with antibiotic creams at the various points over our body.

Not withstanding all of the above, we really had a wonderful time at Kammar Villa, we enjoyed the view, the layout of the house, the beach, the food provided was enjoyed by all. With corrections made to the issues highlighted, we would see ourselves staying at Kammar again in the future.

look good. The chairs in the living area need to be replaced. The bathroom towels need to be thrown out as they are worn out. And some decent utensils and newer placemats would be nice. It would be very easy to just buy some new towels, and placemats etc. I cannot understand how a villa can be rented and these simple needs not be addressed. One or two days of the rental fee could be used to buy these items. There are some other things which need attention that I mentioned to the silver sands administration. I have never written a critical review of any villa but this place has a lot of potential, so I am perplexed why these issues are not addressed. The bedroom was comfortable and the front room with the ocean view is nice. The location is good. I really hope the owners spend a few dollars and buy some badly needed new towels, placemats, napkins, and knives and forks. Consider having Baygon Spray and vape mats to help visitors fight off the mosquitos. Most importantly the peeling paint on the walls need to be repaired. Not a bad vacation, but not a great one.
