I don't feel there's a good cost/benefit ratio.
The rented house is for a family; having a photo of naked body parts in the room doesn't seem like the right decoration.
The beach is close by and very nice, but it's not enough.
Upon arrival, we indicated that a cook wasn't needed, but the person continued to come every day.

My family enjoyed staying here. The staff was courteous and accommodating. We would recommend Kamarr villa. I would recommend the owner make some upgrades in the bathrooms to accommodate people with disabilities and seniors. For example, grab bars in the shower. Changing the toilet to an ADA height.

The reviews helped us sooo much when deciding to rent Kamarr and so we want to pay it forward. Kamarr was exactly as photographed and advertised! Beautiful views, cool, breezy open layout out into a large outdoor space and a lovely pool. Melrose and Debbie were like our family, and they kept our space spotless and cooked delicious meals for us just as we asked. The stay was great except the power went out for 6 hours on day 2 of our stay. I would suggest getting a generator because the house to the left and right of us both had a generator.

Had a great relaxing time at Kamarr villa. Melrose and Debbie were great hosts. Food was so good. We have zero complaints. We will be back again and will recommend Silver Sands to all our friends.
